Medication Management Part 3 - Testing Day

Medication Management Part I is through an online learning portal. Scheduling in-person class days occurs when a student finishes their online learning modules. This event is a reminder for those enrolled in the online learning. 

Medication Management Testing Day (Part III): Students will demonstrate competency in each task area by performing a skills check demonstration, as well as a written test. Students who do not pass all areas may schedule make up testing for focused task areas up to three times. Those who do not pass on their fourth attempt will be required to repeat Medication Management Classes Parts I & II. Students have one year from the date of receiving the online learning modules to complete the entire course.

Class size is limited; to ensure space is available, please sign up early.  Participants should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the session with photo identification. Please bring a picture ID.

Any cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to the first day of class.
