Compounding Makes Medicine Better
Kids or Pets Hate the Flavor? Not Anymore
If your child or pet doesn’t like the taste of a medication, compounding can help them love it. We can re-flavor a commercial product, make a new formulation that tastes better, or even make a version that doesn’t have to be swallowed! Many flavors are available including those loved by animals.
Get Smaller Doses for Smaller People or Pets
If the dose you, your pet, or your child needs is not available in a commercial product, we can customize your medication.
No More Trouble Swallowing
If you or a loved one has trouble swallowing tablets or capsules, we may be able to compound them into another dosage form that’s easier to take: oral liquid, cream or gel that soaks through the skin, and even a lozenge. We can also make flavored animal treats for your pets!
Take the Edge off of Menopause
Thanks to compounding, you can treat your symptoms with Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). Many women prefer this more natural approach to confronting menopause symptoms. Visit our BHRT Page for more information.
Keep Taking Your Discontinued Medication
If your discontinued medication was working well for you, and your doctor wants to continue it, then compounding the product may be a solution. As long as the manufacturer has stopped making the product for reasons other than safety concerns, we’re happy to research the formula needed and specially prepare it for you.
Stop Suffering From Medication Allergies/Intolerance.
If you are allergic or intolerant to lactose, preservatives, dyes, gluten, corn, or other specific ingredients, we can compound your medication without them!

Why Use Bremo?
As a local pharmacy, we compound medication for you: our families, friends, and neighbors. Nothing is more important to us than your health and well-being. We follow the highest standards when preparing your medications, and use only the best ingredients.
In our state of the art compounding lab we are well equipped to take care of all your compounding needs for both non-sterile, hazardous, and non-hazardous compounds. Our new lab separates hazardous compounds such as methimazole, hydroxyurea or bioidentical hormone replacement from non-hazardous compounds. The hazardous compounding lab is designed to filter the air and prevent cross-contamination. This ensures our employees and patients stay safe.
Compounding requires extensive training for staff to make sure we are meeting strict facility and quality regulations. We work hard to keep up with all of the requirements and test all our compounds to be sure you are getting a safe and effective product.
Our compounding specialists love the challenge in finding solutions to your unique medication-related problems. We’re happy to work with you and your doctor, or your pet’s veterinarian, to personalize your medication through compounded prescriptions.
