This course is for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. We train participants to recognize and provide care (including chest compressions, ventilations, and use of an AED) during severe life threatening emergencies as basic first aid in a multitude of settings. The course reflects the current guidelines from the American Heart Association. Upon  successful completion of the course and skills check students will receive their AHA Heartsaver Provider Card valid for two years.

For initial certification, instruction will take place in person at our training center.

For recertification, blended course offerings are available. Course material will be provided online for you to  complete on your schedule. You will schedule your in person skills check with our instructor following completion of the online material.
